Riley Children’s Hospital was looking to add a positive uplifting visual component that would be placed throughout several long hallways to provide a pleasant distraction to weight of the hospital atmosphere.
One America Corporation was in need of a way to update the lobby of their corporate headquarters high-rise building located in downtown Indianapolis. The large lobby with its open towering glass profile presented two issues.
The Community Hospital artwork project is a special commission as it embraced and utilized Walters work to bring a fine art element to a hospital setting allowing Walter to provide his best narrative to not only the hospitals overall philosophy but also to specific areas of the hospital.
